in 1986, All Tool Manufacturing, also known as All Tool
Automation Inc. is ideally located in Hamilton, Southern Ontario
to service customers in the U.S. and Canada. Our facility is a
modern 19,000 sq. ft. plant from which we provide quality
components and engineered solutions for a diverse range of
customers in the power generation, automotive, electronics and

chain & ensure timely deliveries. All Tool is ISO 9001:2000
registered and we are registered with Canadian Welding Bureau.
The plant and office is controlled under one software umbrella
via the JobBoss shop management package and our dedicated
Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Inspector ensure
first-time quality and customer satisfaction. |

small batch CNC machined parts for the Power Generation sector.
The company boasts a highly skilled work force operating on a
multi-shift basis, providing fast turn-around of customer
orders. Our modern equipment, programmed with the latest CAD/CAM
software (Mastercam and PEPS) provides the capability of custom
CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC boring mill work & EDM precision
cutting. We also have a full range of conventional tool-making

quality, specialized equipment and tooling for the small
diameter tubing industry. Our product line includes:

High-speed, modular, tube end-forming equipment
designed in right-hand and left-hand configurations
to allow for integration into an automated
production line; allows for the end-forming of both
ends of a tube.

High-speed, tube feeding systems, incorporating
chamfering, stripping, de-burring, end-forming, and
inspection.

Short
tube (250 mm-1 m) stand alone single end, end-forming
cells, with high speed feeding systems.

Long-life, high-speed pneumatically powered toggle
cylinders for clamping, forming, punching and
clinching operation
